Our Custom Radius Research Reports allow you to specify the search radius and databases to be included in your report.  Select a single search radius or multiple search radii, select the databases and distances to be searched and we provide you with all the details and mapping that you see in our standardized reports.

Want to customize the maps for your report?  No problem!  We will include or exclude any maps to your specifications and we can set the zoom levels to give you the level of detail for proper evaluation.  This is especially important on Large Property assessments.

Our Custom Corridor Research Reports are ideal for evaluating environmental concerns within a specified distance from linear tracts such as roadways, railroads, utility lines and even proposed pathways through rural areas where future development is anticipated.

• Summary Data Reports – Ideal for project cost estimating. Provides the location and data listing for sites of environmental concern but with no site data details.  Choose PDF,  GIS data or even KMZ files, to evaluate your project using Google Earth
• Historical Aerials – Choose your own scale and photo frequency.  Great for detail analysis of land development and property boundaries
• City Directories – You specify the streets and address ranges to be researched and tell us how far back in time you would like to search
